Time Monkey provides a platform for event organizers to list races and manage registrations and fees.
Participants can register and pay participation fees through the platform.
3. User Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Users agree to receive promotional emails after creating account or registering on event/contest.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users agree to comply with all rules and instructions published on the Time Monkey platform.
It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal purposes or in a way that could harm Time Monkey, event organizers, or other users.
5. Fees and Payments
All participation fees are determined by the event organizers and displayed on each event page.
Time Monkey may charge additional processing fees, disclosed prior to completing the transaction.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each event organizer. Users should review these policies before registering.
Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event organizer explicitly states otherwise for their event.
Time Monkey acts solely as a registration and payment intermediary on behalf of the organizer and does not itself grant refunds; refund requests must be addressed to the event organizer.
Initiating an unjustified card payment dispute (chargeback) for a correctly delivered registration constitutes abuse and results in disqualification from the event and exclusion from future registrations on the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Time Monkey is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred by participating in events. Participation is at the user's own risk.
Time Monkey provides the platform as an intermediary between participants and event organizers; the event itself, its execution, safety, schedule, results and refund decisions are the sole responsibility of the organizer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Monkey's total aggregate liability towards a user is limited to the amount of fees that user paid through the platform in the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including statutory consumer rights.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Time Monkey collects and processes user personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Personal data may be shared with event organizers solely for event organization and management purposes.
Details of the data we collect, the purposes, retention periods, your rights and how to delete your account are described in the Privacy Policy.
For security and fraud prevention, the platform records the IP address, device information and the time the terms were accepted for every registration; in payment-dispute procedures this evidence may be submitted to payment providers and banks.
9. Changes to Terms of Use
Time Monkey reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified through the website.
