How the money works
The platform handles the entire payment flow. You do not need accounting expertise, a POS terminal or your own fiscal cash register.

By card or bank transfer through Stripe — secure, no local POS infrastructure needed.
We fiscalize
We automatically generate a fiscal invoice (ZKI/JIR/EIRA), send it to the participant and archive it.
We pay you out
After the race we transfer collected funds to your account, less the agreed commission.

Frequently asked questions
How is the commission set?
Commission is agreed individually, depending on race size, expected registration volume and payment types. No fixed public rate — reach out and we will propose a model.
Who pays the Stripe card processing fee?
The Stripe fee is already bundled into the commission — organizers are not billed separately for processing.
When do I receive payouts for registrations?
Payouts happen after the race, typically within 7 business days of the event end, to your IBAN.
What if someone asks for a refund?
Refunds are handled through the platform according to your policy (you define it). A Stripe refund goes directly back to the participant's card, and the commission is refunded proportionally.
Do I have to handle fiscalization myself?
No. The platform fiscalizes every paid invoice through the Croatian tax authority (ZKI/JIR/EIRA) and sends it to the participant. You see the full record in your panel.
Can I have multiple contests inside one event?
Yes. One event (e.g. "Fužinarska lisica 2026") can contain multiple contests (5K, 10K, kids race) — each with its own date, entry fee, registration form and cap.
Can I add volunteers or free groups?
Yes, you can add participants manually or create free entry groups (sponsor, volunteer, VIP) that do not pay through the platform.
Which currencies do you support?
Primarily EUR, plus regional currencies through Stripe on request. Contact us for specific cases.
