Contest terms
PARTICIPANT BY THE ACT OF REGISTRATION EXPLICITLY DECLARES:
- that he/she is in a physical and mental condition appropriate for this type of competition;
- that he/she is physically prepared for the competition and in case of injury or health risk accepts the assistance of the medical service;
- that he/she participates at his/her own risk and personal responsibility and that he/she is familiar with the rules, regulations and risks that such a competition entails;
- that he/she waives the right to claim compensation from the Organizer, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer;
- that he/she will not hold the Organizer responsible for any unfulfilled expectations or lack of success in the race;
- that the Organizer is not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, intangible or tangible damage, losses or expenses of the competitor;
- that the Organizer is not liable for any damage caused by the participant to himself/herself or to a third party;
- that the Organizer may use and process the entire recorded film and photographic material free of charge and publicly display and use it for promotional purposes of the race;
- that by the act of registration, he/she waives the right to challenge this Declaration on any grounds;
- that his/her data is accurate and can be used as such;
- that he/she agrees to the processing of personal data for the purpose of organizing the competition, creating the start list, measuring time, publishing results, communicating with the Organizer and promoting the event through photo and video materials. The data will be kept for 5 years from the date of the event. The participant has the right to request access, correction or deletion of their data via e-mail loparibikeweekend@gmail.com. The data controller is the Organizer;
- that during registration, he/she will choose whether he/she agrees to receive promotional notifications from the Organizer and event partners.
By registering you accept that the entry fee is non-refundable unless the organizer states otherwise. Any unjustified card payment dispute (chargeback) results in disqualification and exclusion from future registrations.
